Revision Policy

We aim to deliver quality work. If you are not satisfied with your website package, we will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments within the revision rounds included in your package. Additional revisions beyond the package limit may incur extra charges.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of project initiation and before any substantial work has been delivered. If work has begun and initial concepts or designs have been provided, refunds are subject to review and may be partial or denied based on work completed. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting fees, premium plugins, stock images, or any other external services purchased on your behalf. Additionally, projects that have been completed and approved are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any deposits or advance payments will be applied toward completed work and non-refundable third-party expenses.

Project Delays

If delays occur due to late delivery of required materials, information, or feedback from your side, this does not constitute grounds for a refund. We will work with you to resume the project once materials are provided.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about your project or service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication and collaboration.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days with our decision.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
